Order Fulfillment Process

Order Received -->  Size, Color, & Customization Verification (Where Applicable) -->  Production -->  Shipment  -->  Delivery to Your Doorstep!

Shipping Process

The estimated delivery for your order is 4-5 weeks from the date that you pay for your order and provided all necessary measurement information. We require 15-20 days for production time and another 15-20 days for shipping time.  Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email message with your tracking information.  Due to the size and weight of some of our products, we may be required to send your order in multiple shipments to protect your valuable custom-made product and to ensure it complies with international shipping restrictions.  

Rush Orders

If you need the package faster, we also provide expedited shipping service for an additional cost. Please contact us for more information.

Note: Shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping.  Some shipments can take longer than the expected delivery time due to an invalid address, customs clearance procedures, or other causes.

Returns & Exchanges

Return Instructions

1. Please contact Customer Service by submitting a ticket on our site, indicating the item(s) you would like to return and the reason. We will get back to you within 24 hours. Your patience will be highly appreciated.
2. After receiving return instructions from us, please package up the item(s) to be returned with the original packing.
3. Drop off your package at the local post office.
4. Most returns are processed within 5 business days after we receive your package. Once the product arrives at our office, we will promptly process your refund via your original payment method and notify you via email.

Return Conditions

1. Due to the custom made nature of our products, we will accept returns in the event that the product arrives damaged or is not as described/ordered.
2. Items returned must be in their unused condition. We do not accept a returned item that’s been worn, damaged (due to use), washed or altered in any way.
3. We reserve the right to not refund if you send the order back without contacting us first.
4. We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for the packages returned to us. The returns will be made at your own cost.

Note: The original shipping fee and insurance are non-refundable.
